A place to relax. This multi-function atrium features an indoor secret garden, shared seating areas and retractable roof. Its unique configuration provides a space that is designed to foster a stronger sense of community between the residents.
A place to entertain. The rooftop at The Laurel features 270-degree sweeping views of the city, from Sutro Tower to the Golden Gate Bridge. From movie nights to exercise classes to curated wine tastings, the rooftop at The Laurel is designed to be the ultimate San Francisco backyard in the sky. The space features two Big Green Eggs ®, two John Michael’s grills, one pizza oven, five fire pits, a dog run, a movie lawn fully equipped with a cinema quality projector and screen, two island bars, and an Airstream “party pod.”
A place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends or host a wine tasting /cocktail mixing event, with either one of The Laurel’s own rotating private label wines, the in-house curated wine program, or the on-site wine storage that is available to both tenants and neighbors alike. Musical instruments including guitars and a Baby Grand piano, as well as a record player, are available to enjoy.
A place to meet. This shared seating gives tenants a communal space to catch up on work or catch up with friends. Enjoy a fresh brewed cup of coffee served from our mobile barista that will be located on the ground floor of The Laurel.
A place to work from home, with high speed wi-fi, two reservable 4-person breakout rooms, comfortable booths, and long group tables, among many other seating / working options.
The Laurel will feature three vibrant permanent art pieces, an 8-story courtyard mural, as well as a rotating collection of artworks throughout the building which will be placed in hallways and common areas on the ground floor, including the library and lounge.
